Delete your account
Draft for review. Written from how the app actually works, but not yet checked by a lawyer. Do not rely on it as final.
In the app
- Open Susu Tracker and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What happens
- You are signed out and we stop all messages to you straight away.
- Sign in again within 30 days and your account is restored.
- After 30 days your name, number, email, photo, payout details and notification token are removed for good.
- Records of money that moved stay, because your group relies on them, but they no longer name you.
When you can't delete yet
You must first finish the groups you lead, wait for any group you belong to that is mid-rotation to complete, and settle any open payout or dispute. The app tells you exactly what is in the way.
Can't get into the app?
Email support@susutracker.com from the address on your account, or tell us your registered phone number, and we will start the deletion for you.
